Project-Campus Rubik’s Cube: Interactive Modular Spatial System with Generative Narratives

Intro
Campus Rubik’s Cube is an interactive spatial installation that combines modular physical structures with real-time digital scene generation. The project is built around a cubic grid system that can be physically assembled and reconfigured, forming a navigable spatial framework. Each unit acts as both a structural element and an interaction interface, linking physical movement with digital responses. Through spatial tracking and control logic, user actions within the installation trigger scene transitions and generative content inside a virtual environment. Using real-time rendering and AI-assisted image generation, the system produces dynamic environments that respond to user decisions and spatial behavior. Positioned between architecture, game design, and computational systems, the project explores how physical space can function as an interface for navigating and generating narrative environments.

"Spaces are never silent or merely passive existences, which should be valued nore as interactive systems rather than static environments.By combining physical structures, real-time computation, and generative processes, we explore how users can navigate, manipulate, and construct spatial experiences through embodied interaction."
